Buying a computer. Need advice.
I'm planning on buying a computer and would like some advice. I would like to be able to hook-up my computer so that I can watch tv on it. I believe that I need a graphics card with a tv tuner and would like to know what some of my minimum specs are as well as at what point I will stop seeing a large difference in quality? I am a rogers subscriber so I'm not sure if the digital cable box makes any difference. Thanks for any and all advice.
