Wife and I go to local casino Saturday night... It's packed (a relative term), so I'm 12th-15th on the 3/6NL list so I have a little wait. There finally open a new table... I get a seat and I recognize only 1 other player... so this happens about 4 hands in...

I'm in CO... 2 limpers in already.. so I squeeze my cards and spot 6 :h: 7 :h:... I raise to $12... BB and limpers call.
Flop comes T :h: 3 :h: 2 :s: .... checked to me, so I bet $25... BB calls, others fold.
Turn J :c: check/check...
River K :c: checked to me... crap... How much do I need to bet to win this pot... f' it... I check...

BB seems relectant... "I got a duece", he says...
Sheepishly I table my hand "Busted draw"...

Guy beside me says... "draw to what?"

Turns out my hand is the 6 :d: 7 :h: ;)

    In some sense you did have a draw, since it turns out that your opponent only has bottom pair. Heart comes, you win.

    Although you might get into trouble if it's exactly the 2h. ;)

    Ive' done it too - worse I thought I had the nut flush hit on the flop in 1/2NL. It goes to river and I think "What the hell? He just turned over the same :ah I have" and lo I check and I had :ad. Meh - $60 entertainment :D
