Comments

  • Overall I enjoyed playing at the bellagio, wide variety of games, great management and drink service, but can get very crowded,
The wynn was very enjoyable, the waitresses and drink serivice is top of the line, very comforatble chairs.
  • You win the award for shortest trip report ever.

I guess the Sahara buffet is not all that good then if it gave you the shits?
  • Well I coud right an exhaustive list of each days activities, when i wake, when i sleep, but i somehow think you won't care, I presented the places l played at and then if anyone had any questions about the places they could ask. Exact details are mostly unknown due to my consistent daily drunken haze.

I love detailed trip reports! Make me think wistfully about my vegas trips and wish I was there again.
  • I like reading other's detailed reports as my memories of my own trips are often very hazy.
  • I agree, I was looking forward to reading a detailed report when I saw this thread.

Now thats a Vegas Trip Report!

    stp
  • if I could post video, I could show you what my vegas trips have been as of late. I have some unfortunate footage of myself with a mortician from NYC, my old boss and an affiliate of ours from south africa uber drunk at 5AM at the hardrock singing over the 12th round of vodka redbulls.

And they say I don't remember anything ... (I learned to take a video so I have more than a hazy memory)

:D I get a laugh out of BBC Z's sarcastic posts, but I can see why some people get so offended.

Anyway, I also like detailed trip reports - like compuease's almost hourly report.
  • My brother is getting married this summer.
Twelve of our closest buddies are taking him to Vegas for a week of chicks, booze, and of course poker.
Where should we take him and where can we expect the most fun.
We are all about 28yrs old, middle class men.
    Thanks for the help.

If you are going for a whole week, you'd better start planning some more things to do. I have been to Vegas 3 times. The party-hard thing gets a little old a little fast. Try to get out off the strip and do some other things! Being a "dirty vegas gambler" does get old after a couple of days. There are also other good "distractions".

    - Hoover Dam (although you can't go inside anymore - thanks Al Queda!), lake Meade, hike in the desert, etc. It's a short drive and if you want to spice it up, rent a couple of ferrari's to get out there or something. You can rent some sick cars in Vegas!
    - Grand Canyon
    - Hey, this is the States! Find a shooting range that also rents guns. This is a blast - literally!
    - Golf, personally I don't, all kinds of messed up parts of my body thanks to years of football. However lots of nice courses out there I am sure.
    - Helicopter rides; They aren't overly long, but gives you a unique view of the city and surrounding area

That's all I have. Have a great time!
