Best Place for Omaha Play.
I have been playing Omaha exclusively recently - and only on Party. I have found it to be quite profitable - but I am looking to solicit feedback from others who may play it on other sites.
My overall Party experience is good.
I have only went up to the $100 PL but still find it easy to make consistent profit.
These are my primary complaints:
MTTs are only late at night or weekends.
SNGs capped at 10 and 10 person.
Does anyone know of other sites that my be more Omaha friendly - particularly with MTTs??
Any comments would be great!!

do you mean $100 max buy-in? Is this $.50/$1 blinds?
I've been mucking around with OH/8 on fulltiltpoker.com at the $.05/$.10 tables and have been cleaning up. Probably my tight/paranoid approach works well in OH/8. If they might have the nuts, they probably do.
Definately a good way to learn - I found the learning curve to be quick - but I did take some hits while I was figuring it out.
I have never played fulltilt before - maybe I should check it out.
I started playing there because they support the Mac with a native client (as opposed to the web-based client of the pokerroom network), which means I can start capturing hand histories and start building up a pokertracker DB.
I started playing OH hi-lo because I was finding the low-limit LHE boring/frustrating. Omaha's a lot more action oriented as you know.
So far, I'm pretty happy with full tilt. Some notes:
- they spread more game types at wider variety of limits than other sites I've tried (Razz tournaments!)
- the bonus clearing structure is crazy ($.06/$1 rake), I don't expect to clear all of my %100 bonus. Playing the PL OH is helping though. A huge hand at the limits I play could easily max the rake.
- the rake seems higher than it should be.
- A smaller player pool. They keep a lot of tables open, but many are empty or short-handed.
- fishy, fishy players (at the low limits)
Anyway, I'm liking it so far.
