Howard Lederer's Limit HE video

Has anyone seen this and have any thoughts ?

I haven't read SSHE or other major limit books but some of the advice on Lederer's video seemed contrary to what I've read elsewhere.. he emphasizes a lot of check-raising

    I can see why he condones this because especially in LHE, check-raising is often very effective to get more bets in the pot.
