I like mine marinated in a nice sauce and a little pink.....you've really gotta make sure it's hot and wet for it to be tasty. Especially if you're only gonna get it twice a year, do it right!

As for all the steak and sex. I only like it if it's nice and juicy with just a hint of blood and I like steak as well.
