Who's who?

I notice the standings up, yet I really don't know who's who. I pretty much met 60 people for the first time. So Here's what I'm thinking, just post your name so others and myself can get an idea who everyone was.

Hi, I'm Phil from Milton

  • Shannon from the heart break kids, dark hair green hat.....20 something... :)

    stp
  • Chris from Toronto. Blue Hoody, Red Nike Golf hat.
  • DrTyore Mark - Heartbreak kids... and if you didn't see / hear me at one point, well, you're Helen Keller.

I was also handing out the cards for $10, which I just found out (oops) isn't applicable to the poker part of the site, but rather the casino / sportsbook part of the site. I'm sorry if anyone was mislead there, I didn't know as my boss and i had a bit of a communication hiccup it seems. Anyways... my apologies for any confusion. Also, the sporatic games I was hosting on pokerroom will be moving to the oddsnpotsgaming, I'm still working out if we can get a bounty / freeroll / add-on money, but I will post about that later.

    So funny, yet so true.

And I'm Amanda, or Easy, and there were so few girls in the room it shouldn't really be hard figure out who I am. I was one of the "red shirts" if that sorts it out for anyone who doesn't know me.
  • Mike W from Waterloo. Short blondish hair and glasses in a grey button shirt. Probably calling Kyle weak-tight, Wes a call-station or Brad a pinhead.
  • Joe from Toronto, wearing a black "Barrie homegrown capital of Canada T shirt" and a hawaiian shirt open over top if it.
  • Trevor, and if you couldn't tell who I was by my beloved chip-cover ;), blue jeans, buzz cut, and glasses.

Also the guy who brought all the extra chairs and provided the trophies fro the Ryder....   Thx.. Joe,,,  your one of 7 Toronto guys with class...  :)
  • I had glasses on the top of my head and was wearing a red and blue rugby shirt.
  • Dave, from Kitchener II...the goatee'd guy (with a I Am Canadian hat on ) that spent more time playing online (thanks Jeff!!!!) than live in the first 5 hrs of the Royal Cup.
  • Thx.. Joe,,, your one of 7 Toronto guys with class..

I just want you to know that Hork is one of the classiest guys you'll ever meet and I don't appreciate you slandering him.

LOL, slandering Hork?....... :). Nice attempt to take the attention off yourself..... However I do agree Hork does seem to be a very classy individual... unlike.....
  • AJ, I wore the blue Michigan Wolverines sweatshirt...beard, thick hair. Normally NOT the quiet one, but yesterday I was pretty subdued.

And I too think Hork is one of the classier of our team!! Hell, he even shaves regularily!! :D
  • LOL, slandering Hork?....... Smiley. Nice attempt to take the attention off yourself..... However I do agree Hork does seem to be a very classy individual... unlike.....

Ok. Explain yourself. How was I 'classless' at the tourney?

Why do you think I was slandering Hork?

Didn't say you were classless, and you weren't... In fact quite the opposite, I expected a loud somewhat arrogant individual.... but you handled some bad beats no worse than lots others, including yours truely. So congrats on that, just can we tone it down a bit on here and get back to the business at hand, planning the next event, while avoiding all out nuclear war?

leave it to BBC to turn a nice who's who thread into a flame war.

    That, my friend, is class.
  • Rich, Intimidators captain.

Black Vest, white hoodie, Johnny Cash crooner extrordinaire
  • Shaved head, grey shirt, walking around with a clip board most of the day because I'm too bad at poker to keep playing
  • Steve
Messy haired guy on the Heartbreak Kids. I had my red team shirt over top a brown long sleeve shirt (the day was about poker, not fashion for me. heh heh). If I was at your table, you probably knew me as the chatty (and hopefully somewhat witty) one or that pain in the ass who won't shut up.
  • Xuan, a minority at the tourny in every sense of the word :fish:
  • Are you calling us ugly?? That's not very nice  :rage:

Tim, half the minority on the Heartbreak Kids.  :D

geebus, no! this is obviously the sexiest team i've ever been on. we did seal the deal after all... :D
  • This is no slight to the Waterloo team, but xx23 you were more than a couple of standard deviations above the mean “attractiveness” of your team :D
  • Is that your excuse for thinking you flopped that straight in Omaha? If this gap of standard deviation lets me get away from people reading their cards right, then hey, I could get used to it =)
  • Andrew..

    I sucked (except at Stud).
  • I got our team picture from Dave, so I've posted it in the Kitchener thread (http://pokerforum.ca/forum/index.php?topic=7099.msg70971#msg70971) for a visual who's who.
  • River Mike, Green Ireland shirt, glasses, loved placing 4th.
    Mike Newell
  • Mark.
    Guelph..
I was the guy who placed fourth in the stud, and then kept getting up first from tables...i'm not sure how that happened...
    :(
