There are two different stories but either way it does not seem like busted is the correct term. No charges, fines etc.
It has closed down though..

Sounds like the local LE gave them a visit and REQUESTED to cease and desist? To bad it was a nice club. After reading prophets quote it seems like a few places have gotten way to brazen about the whole thing and may cause a crackdown on clubs similiar to what happens every so often with massage parlours.

The MP situation is a good analogy.
Seems like another situation where as long as these things are kept relatively low-key, and don't cause the surrounding neighbourhoods any harm, law enforcement won't waste their time with it.
