Online Poker Sites

I am looking into playing online again and wanted some opinions on what site(s) to play at.

I started on Party Poker last January when I first started playing poker.

I moved onto Ultimatebet until this past fall. Now I am playing only live NL ($1-$2) at Casino's and local clubs in Toronto.

Any advice as to which sites I should play at, I would be playing low level No Limit.

Also, what limit should I play at. Since I play $1-$2NL live, should I play $1-$2 online or a different limit?

    You should play where you are winning the most money or losing the least. If you are winning and you think that you could make more at a higher limit by all means go up. If you are winning but feel that your learning has stagnated move up. If you are losing you should probably go down. This is obviously referring to long term results and not just session results. There are a bunch of different sites that you could be playing at but I personally think there is a bigger difference in the skill levels when you move up in $ than there is in different sites. Just my opinion..

    If you're just breaking into the online world, start out lower than you would play at a casino/club game. While there is still a lot of money to be made at higher limits, work your way up. The online game is generally a bit tougher than the live game at the same limit.

    I played for 4-5 months on party poker when I started, I knew nothing about poker, I basically "paid" to learn.

    I moved to Ultimate bet and quit when I was slightly ahead in October,

    I would probably play $.50-$1 NL or $1-$2NL

    I think Ill try Party again, and possibly another site where I can get a sign up bonus.
