Dell 23" LCD Monitor/TV?

I am ready to move out of the 17" monitor world, and am wondering if anyone knows about this, or others that are simillar.

So far, my limited research shows the dell is the best price at $800.

any suggestions?

as a side note, does anybody know what graphics card is needed?

I have an NVidia GForce 4 64 MB. I know this was decent a few years ago, but is this enough to run this monitor?
