Hi, I'm a first post virgin here with an important question about BODOG
It's probably been discussed before, but I tried to search the site for anything related to this but couldnt find anything. SO....
I would like to open an account with Bodog but when I try, it says it isnt permitted for Canadians. Weird. I can just put in a US address of course, but to any of your knowledge, does Bodog compare the address you used to open an account with them (US) with the Neteller address (Canadian)?
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
I look forward to posting more often - have followed the site for a while.....
Thanks

Now that I have stopped pretending to be BBC_Z (just kidding big guy), I actually read an article about Bodog in "Canadian Business Magazine" http://www.canadianbusiness.com/ceos/article.jsp?content=20051024_71971_71971
Basically since the company is Canadian, they can't profit from Canadians gambling or else the government can go after them. The official site resides in Costa Rica, but most of their operations and their software are all in Canada along with some other business that are owned by the parent company (a restaurant, etc.). This site won't be available to Canadians any time soon.
Happy reading.
Sarcasam will get you everything here.
1How's that for sarcasm?
