sub forum to "general" or "lounge" called "introduce yourself"?

what would you guys think of a subforum in "general" or "lounge" specifically for new members to make their first "hello" type posts.

I haven't seen alot of new ones lately, but it could work. I would suggest a board completely dedicated to new members in the future..maybe..
