how to speed up my monthly poker tournement

I run a monthly tournement for my recreation committee and would like to speed it up we have 63players max. We have 3 chips colours 10x$10, 15x$20 and 20x$50, i was doulbling the blinds every half hour the last time i slowed the blinds down and added antes but it still took 7 hrs i am looking for a way to get it down to 5hrs. If anyone has a game plan for that many players and that amount of chips i would greatly appreciate the help.

That's an excellent resource, but Zithal here on this forum can help you out as well. He eats this kind of stuff up. Was a HUGE help in setting up the blind schedule for our poker league.
