Pokerroom Players - Help

I hate to admit this, but I am wondering if anyone can help me out.
Does anyone know how to get automated hand histories from Pokerroom without having to write down the hand number? I never seem to be able to capture them during play.
I am speaking about tournament hands in particular

    I am likely going about this the hard way, but I am not aware of a simple way on PR. For tournament play, I ensure there is a new window/tab opened for each table I am playing at during the tournament showing at least one hand history from that table. Typically it would go something like this:

    I start the tournament and after the first hand is done I click the hand number in the top left and open that history window. leave it open. you will be able to use the previous and next link in that hand history to go back and forward. however the next link is only good for that particuar table.

    If I get moved, I open a new window for the hand histories at that table. and so on and so on.

    I do not know how to get a full tournament history of just YOUR OWN hands on PR. if anyone does know, please share.

    might only work for cash games though.... still worth a closer look.
