My television signature phrase - contest
It looks almost certain that I will be involved in the televsion broadcast of the Canadian Poker Championship to be played at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas starting Jan 29. It is to air on Global starting in March. At the risk of breaking forum protocol I will mention the site for more info: www.CanadianPokerChampionship.com
I am, obviously, really excited by this. Help me write some of my scripts... I will supply a Team Canuck hat to anyone with a suggestion that I wind up using. Things that seem to me to require a cool "signature phrase" that I might utter...
(1) A player moves all-in on a bluff
(2) A player moves all-in with the nuts
(3) A player calls with the worst hand
(4) A player executes a successful bluff
Keep in mind that my general take on life is "light and humouros." And, that I will be trying to give the show a distinctly Canadian flavour (that is the vision of the producers).

HEY!!!! Let's keep this friendly now. Just keep to American bashing!!!
He's braver than a nudist in Nunavit.
He must feel prouder than Jason Spezza's father.
He's as safe as a Liberal in the GTA.
He's more dangerous than a bull moose in rut.
Ya. He bought Bre-x, too.
Oh boy...looks like another Liberal supporter.
That beaver just bit off more than he could chew.
That hurts worse than taking a slapshot in the groin.
Get Conrad Black on the line. We've found someone to give him legal advice during the break.
This guy should head up the PQ!
This guy could write speeches for Belinda Stronach.
"He's trying to make a right on red in Quebec"
That's riskier than standing on Canadian ice in March.
(2) A player moves all-in with the nuts
He's like a 16 year old girl on Saturday night... Just waiting for a call.
(3) A player calls with the worst hand
That's gonna hurt more than buying Nortel in 2001.
(4) A player executes a successful bluff
With bluffs like that he should run for Parliament.
1) (S)He just moved all-in on a bluff, eh?
2) (S)He just moved all-in with the nuts, eh?
3) (S)He just called with the worst hand, eh? What a hoser.

Wow, I've got 3 words for that move:
Fa bu Lous
The award for "hardest I have laughed at a post today" goes to zithal, eh?
Take off.
the nudist in nunvanit might be runner up!!
AK vs 22 - looks like another Quebec referendum
He's more agressive than a Newfie after pogie.
The holes in his game are as big as Timbits.
That move was as bad as Mel Lastman's hair.
His hands are about as good as Tie Domi's.
That little white disc is called the "puck" ... our American viewers may notice a slight glow and a trail of light which should assist them in following it's movement
*singing* "Oh canada...our home of unmade hands...."
(2) A player moves all-in with the nuts
Canada is known for its beavers...and judging by the hardon this guy has for his hand...its a fair to say weve got wood too.
(3) A player calls with the worst hand
Well, hes going back to pepperdige farm in a hurry if he keeps making calls like that.
(4) A player executes a successful bluff
Canadians have always been good at bluffing...case and point...the war of 1812
This gets my vote... I'd watch paint dry for 5 hours just to hear this comment on TV... instant classic... plus you get the added bonus... the show will likely get picked up by the CBC when they hear this.
semi-bluff
