I had really planned to check raise all in but someone beside me made a comment and I instead made a large bet, commiting him to the pot if he called. I felt good about my table and perfered to take the pot down now and move on. How would you play this?

  • Looks ok to me, can't slowplay a hand like that.
  • There isn't too much wrong with the hand. You made a play for it and got called but that King was probably really bad news.
  • CR all-in would be way too much for the size of the pot. Unless you were wanted to teach him a lesson?

He called a pretty big CR as it is. He must have something worth shouting about? Ya, the king was a killer. So what did he have - AJ or AQ?

min raise UTG and calling big c/r on flop. I smell AA, that King sure did hurt.
  • Opps, forgot to post the results
