I agree with BBC, this was a poorly played hand from the start.
even on the turn you're still losing to too many possible hands...AA,99,AQ,A9,QJ,QK,Q9
the villain has to put you on a Q once you call his turn bet and now he bets into you again...guess what? you're beat.

I can't imagine he has anything but AA here, with a small chance of AQ or maybe 99. Get out! Also folding preflop and on the flop seem like better options.
