Neteller Withdrawal Question

Ok, I asked my bank and they said ask Neteller. I emailed Neteller, and guess what, they said ask your bank. Help me before I go insane. If you withdraw using an EFT online check does it get treated as a wire transfer or as a regular deposit? I have a TD account and they charge $10 for the wire and nothing for a regular deposit. And since I'm asking questions, assuming that the EFT is treated as a regular deposit and I go ahead and use it, when the US Neteller funds get transferred to my CAD account is Neteller gonna charge the 1.9% exchange fee of will they let my bank exchange it for me for free?

    The usual Neteller withdrawal method is treated as an EFT, not a wire transfer.

    Neteller is the one converting the currency in these kinds of transactions, so they will be the one charging the (roughly) 2% currency exchange fee. From your bank's point of view, the EFT from Neteller will already be in Canadian dollars.
