Pocket QQ - Bad Luck!
Today was not my day. I sat down at a 2-5 table at Brantford and lost three hands, on the river, with Pocket Queens, in less than an hour! Here is the last hand:
I'm UTG and of course get dealt QQ and I raise to $4. Four people call.Â
The flop comes up:Â :ah :ac :ad. Sweet.
I bet $2 and get called by 3 of the 4 people. The turns comes up 2d. I bet $5 and one lady calls me. Finally the turn comes up: :as. UnbelieveableÂ
. I bet $5 anyway, she calls and shows her k3 to take the pot (I'm surprised/lucky she didn't raise).
I ended up even for the rest of the afternoon but I am still amazed/furious at that hand.Â

Not surprising. She value called her nuts. This is a very basic play, right out of Secret System.

Ummm... Try thinking of it this way.
1. Remove your trousers & gitch.
2. Look at the arrow on your computer screen.
3. Aim your eyes in the direction of the arrow.
Voila! Value call those.
