which CDN bank has the best package for U.S. Banking?
When I looked into this three years ago. The Royal bank was the only one of the big five that would allow you to open a USD account with no service fees and no minimum balance. I have used them for three years (only for my USD acount) and have had no problems.
Things may have changed at the other four banks in the last three years though.
