I am having a Halloween party and there will be poker action for sure. (I got a keg, and I am only looking to recover the cost (10$ at the most per person)

    ok,,, the girls don't seem like they want to play... they will be in costumes and tell me that they want to drink...

    but we got 7 of boys who will play for sure.....

    And what is the buy-in, and is this a night of tourneys or a cash game?

    no if you are not drinking you don't have to contribute to the beer fund.
    You can also bring your own consumables if you like.
    This is a party/ poker games... so I am not sure what they will want to play. all I know is that we got 15-20 people here and that 8 of them are going to be poker hungry... we usualy play 20$ tourneys with one rebuy before the 4th round, but giving that we'll all be drinking we'll probably end up playing 10$ with one rebuy... we'll probably play a few tournaments

    OK, last question......and then I will let you know if I am coming.....do you smoke in the house there? I am a smoker, but the last time I was at a poker table with a bunch of smokers I couldn't see my cards, drove me nuts.

    No. I don't allow anyone to smoke in my house. You are more than welcome to go outside and puff away all noght long.
