Tournaments at Niagara Fallsview?

I spoke with a Poker supervisor as the casino still has the sign saying tournaments "coming soon".

It has been there awhile.

Ususally when I asked the say "we don't know" or "no idea".

This time he said that they are just waiting for the OLGC to advise them on what type/buy-in tourneys they can and cannot hold. From my recollection he said that the process is usually about 3 months, so I figure word should be coming just in time for Christmas

Ahh, live tourneys - I can't wait to play my first live tourney. Maybe it'll be there if I don't have to wait too long!

Most likely minimum $100, 11 players, house keeps 1, $1000 pot. Not sure of the pay scale, maybe 60-25-15. I'll post more as soon as I know.

So the tourney's start up today? how often do they run? Buy-in? I may have to check it out this weekend, on the off-day for the league.
