Everyone who uses it will tell you its invaluable. I agree, and I also really like using poker ace hud with it which shows the PT stats of your opponents right on your table while you're playing.
Try also browsing through the forums at www.pokertracker.com. They will be biased, as just about everyone there uses the program, but it will give you more info into what the capabilities of the program are.
