party or empire reload bonus?

Does anyone know how the reload bonus works on empire or party? I've reloaded funds but the pending bonus does not show? does it take awhile or do you have to reload a few times? i understand if you cashout before you satisfy the raked hands, your bonus expires...but I was just wondering when does it show up on your account?

    I recently noticed (and Hork pointed out) that some of the Party reloads are specific to certain accounts.
    If you are eligible for it and input it correctly it should show up as soon as the deposit monies show in your account. (seconds later)

    If it doesn't and you think it should, email support and see if they'll force it on for you.

    e mail support party is excellent on that. Empire is a bunch of A$$holes who never answered an e mail and last time the bonus never showed. I closed my empire account over it
