    i've made a full analysis of the situation and here are my results:

    as you can see by the green arrows, the actual CBC logo is different on their tshirt design, and althought the font is identical i believe that without the CBC logo itself in the centre it doesnt count as copyright infringement.
    but hey what do i know about law. im just a poker player
    btw the shirt is kind of tacky. i wouldnt wear that sh#t even if u paid me $25. no offense
