I thought he was allin after the post flop reraise, had to bet $1 on the river for him to commit his last 25 cents. Flopping the nut flush, betting it and being reraised, I was too excited to even think.

This is the first Royal flush Ive ever had, online or live.

  • nice job!
  • Mmmm... that's always such a nice feeling.

I remember the warm fuzzies I felt at the casino when I flopped the nut straight flush and had 5 callers (and one raiser) behind me :) Or when I flopped quad 10s and had someone re-raising me the entire time trying to represent a 10, hehe.

Ahhh, those are some of the best moments in poker...
  • I was at Seneca last night playing $1/$2 NL. Limped in from BB with Ad - 9d. 5 limpers. Flopped the nut flush (with the straight flush blockers!). Checked around to button. He goes $20. I smooth call. One other caller. Turn card makes straight possible. Checked around to button who again goes $20. I Hollywood and then call. 3rd man out. River makes more straights. Again I check. Button grabs $20, looks at me and goes "I'm all in!" for about $85 more. I couldn't spit out "I CALL !" fast enough. Nice pot and nice hand.

Gotta love that, nice hand. Did the button show what he was calling with?
