Anyone know of any poker sites/software that can track or rank online poker players, trying to improve my game and see where I stand

For grading try www.pokergrader.com.  It's an attempt but I find it marginal.

There are plenty of tracking software programs out there.  My board lists the major ones.  It is www.online-poker-tools.com.
