Poker Books...

Hi,
I've been playing NoLimit/Limit/PL Texas Hold'Em for a year or so on and off, and I understand the basic concepts of the fundlementles, but am now beginning to wish to take my game to the next level now that I have been able to give the game more time that it needs.

Anyhow, I ordered two books that I hope will aid me in my quest to become a stronger player,

1) Winning Low-Limit Hold'Em (2nd Edition) - Lee Jones
2) Hold'Em Poker For Advanced Players - David Sklansky,Mason Malmuth

Was just curious if anyone has any direct experince from these books
or is fimiliar with their content?

Both of these are excellent books on limit holdem, certainly two of the best, and arguably the two best.

Neither one says anything much on no-limit or pot-limit however.

I just got Hold Em for Advanced Players this past week. I haven't started reading it yet, but I'll let you know how it is.

i have both and they are 2 good reads.. u won't be disappointed .. if u use it effectively
