Changing Display Name

When modifying my profile, under the "Account Related Settings" menu option, my display name doesn't allow editting of the name that's displayed to other members, but I thought I read something during the registration process that said you can change this.

Is there no way to change this, or am I just missing something here?

    From the registration agreement:
    You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username.

    Before everyone gets carried away, changes to usernames are generally not allowed.

    For more clarity, I just added
    Changing your username after registration is normally not allowed.

    to the registration agreement.
