hEY MY BROTHER QUALIFIED FOR IT ALREADY IN sARNIA AND THE ONLY DETAILS i GOT WAS THAT THERE WILL BE A WEEK OF TOURNAMENTS WITH A "HUGE" $1000 TOURNEY ON THE WEEKEND. THEY HAD A SERIES OF THESE ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND I HEARD IT WAS PRETTY WELL RUN AND ALLOWED FOR A LOT OF PLAY. I BELIEVE THAT ALL THE CHARITY CASINOS WILL BE RUNNING SATS INTO THIS TOURNAMENT. I ALSO HEARD THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A $450,000 PRIZE POOL. I AM NOT SURE WHERE THEY PLAN ON RUNNING THE EVENT AS THEIR POKER "ROOM" ONLY HAS 10 TABLES. FUNNY THING IS IF YOU QUALIFY THEY GIVE YOU A CHIP TO PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT. SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY WIN SEATS FOR OTHERS AS THE CHIP IS ALL YOU NEED TO ENTER.

I played in the July event in Sarina and it sounds like the same tourney just higher entry fees.
The only thing I didn't like about the tournament was the re-buys. these last for the first four rounds . They had a bounty in play and it took me one time to brake a guy five times before he finally quit. The one thing about the casino is the poker tables don't open till 11am or 12 and only 5-10. the 10-20 didn't open late at night and the 20-40 were only open twice the whole week I was there. They do give you voguers for meals and you can use more than one at a time ( they don't tell you this of course ).
