Has anyone tried and of the tournaments running at bars evey night of the week as part of the PiranaPokerTour, http://www.piranapokertour.com/index.php ? They look similar to redhotpokertour.com. Just wondered what numbers are typically like and if they are reasonably well organized. Jeff...

Yes, they are reasonably well organized.  I have never seen a waiting list so you can still play even if you arrive late.  Some of the late players say that they are coming from Red Hot or other tour because they got knocked out early or didn't want the uncertainty of a waiting list. 

I think they have the most locations so if you get eliminated early from another tour, there is probably a Fox & Fiddle or other Pirana-affiliated bar that you can still play at. I think the bar gives a gift certificate to the winner and sometimes other finalists.
