Heads Up
With all the "Heads Up" discussions going on, I wanted to get a little serious as I was actually thinking about how to go about setting one up. The main question I have for anyone who runs them or has participated in a few of them, is how much time you need to schedule per match. Obviously you need to allow a range for the quick vs. long games, but how do you evaluate the total time required for the tourney as well as wait time for matches to complete which are blocking other matches (assuming you're running some sort of bracket schedule)?
