Copag cards

I just received a supply of Copag cards.

Selling them for $20 a set (2 decks). I have 6 different designs that you won't find at most places.

Cards in the first picture are...
Bridge Size
Jumbo index

Cards in the 2nd Picture are...
Poker Size
Standard Index
*Note: the bridge sized cards are shown. Index is smaller than it appears.

I work in Markham but live in Brampton so I got both sides of Toronto covered if you want to meet up and grab a deck.

August 18, 2005 Update: Master sets are all sold out for the moment. I should have more in about 2 weeks when my next shipment comes in.
August 20, 2005 Update: New cards added!!! Masters back in stock.

  • I would like 2 sets, 1 Ethnic and 1 Mandala.

I work in Markham too, PM me details.
  • I'll take a Mandala set.
20$ for the two decks right ? (I'm guessing yes, but clarifying for everyone)
  • Yes, that's right Psi.

    Each set has 2 decks.

I'll email you my info and we can arrange a time to get together.
  • So I met with Dorez this afternoon, had a nice steaming hot cup of Tim Horton's coffee, and picked up my 2 sets of cards.

When I got home tonight the wife says to me "What did you buy now?"

    I say "Just some cards"

    Her- "Can I see them?"

    Me- "Sure, here you go"

Her- "Holy cow! These are gorgeous! How could you spend so much money on cards though? These must have been expensive."

Me- "They were hon, I am going to have to devote more time to poker so I can afford to pay for them" :D
  • Just sent you an email...save me a set of the Masters. :D
  • I have also emailed you......i would like a set please.

I'm glad you and your wife enjoyed them!!
  • Hey Dorez I was playing with some Copegs on Friday and they were great!! They seemed to be alot thicker then the regular cards are they the masters. I think I would like some masters anyways where in markham would you be located or if you are going to Bolton Robs tourny out by the airport I can get them from you there or on my way out on Saturday.

  • Im looking to buy some Copag Cards, is there anyone on this forum currently selling them?
Also, Ive checked Ebay for them and wanted to know if the "Jumbo" size cards are the ones that are normally used.
    Any help would be appreciated.
  • Hey CoolHandWray, it really is a matter of preference. WPT uses the standard index cards wide cards. Although EPT uses the Jumbo index bridge cards. I've also seen the party poker championships using the Jumbo index cards.

I only sell the jumbo index cards right now, so if you want a deck let me know.

    Cheers.
  • What I can't understand is why Brantford uses regular index cards for the poker room, when all the players at the ends complain they can't see the cards. Whereas all the other table games use the jumbo index, when the cards are right in front of you.
  • Dorez, I'm still interested as well. If you're coming to one of my games this week, bring them with you and we will settle up before the start of the first game.

  • New Design added.. 1546 Poker Sized, Standard Index

I will also be getting the Master cards in Poker Size and hopefully the 1546 cards in Bridge size within the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.

    Dennis.
  • I have a set of these...they are amazing cards, nice size and very durable. Highly recommended.
  • Agreed!!! Dorez brought my set during one of my home games last week. Very nice cards. Shuffle like a dream too.
  • I'm interested in Master design. How big is the difference between poker size and bridge size?
  • Poker Size is the same as your typical pack of bee/bicycle cards.

    They measure 2-1/2" X 3-7/16"

Bridge Size cards measure at 2-1/4" X 3-1/2"

About a quarter inch difference in width, but it's pretty noticeable when you have 2 of each deck in each hand.

Personally, I find the Bridge Sized cards easier to shuffle. That's about the only noticeable difference I find between the 2.
  • Bump (with a purpose)

I have new cards in stock. I now have a few Poker Sized cards for those who are used to the wide cards.

    Cheers.
  • I like the Copag Cards.  They give you the most bang for your buck.  But if you are looking for 100% plastic cards that are comparable to Kem cards, you should take a look at the Gemaco Cards.  These cards are very very nice.
