What happens here? ( home game occurance last night)

Two players AI preflop. ( AK vs AQ )
Burn : Flop comes out.
Burn : Turn comes out
River : Queen. But the queen is supposed to be the burn card.. Dealer screwed up.

Burn the Q, flip next card.
They're all in pre-flop, the card being shown changes nothing.

Then the Queen is the burn card, and the next card gets flipped. That I believe should be the proper form.
