Playing with a live straddle

When I was in Vegas recently I was surprised at how often people posted a live straddle. It's something I'd heard about, seen a couple of times in limit games, but never in NL cash games. I'm just wondering what adjustments need to be made playing in a game with a live straddle. Any thoughts/advice is appreciated.

    If I'm playing 1/2 NL and someone straddles, I'll treat it like 2/4 after that and play pretty much the same way.
