Buying a poker table

I would like to buy a nice holdem table. I know lots of places have them nowadays but from the pictures i see of tables that people are making themselves I would almost prefer one of home mades. If anyone wants to sell/make or recommend where to get a nice table Im willing and looking to buy soon.
Email me or let me know, pictures will make my decision. drunkengambler@yahoo.com
Thanks

  • Hey Kev you can check the for sale section for the tables I have available. I am also in Burlington if you want to come check them out.
  • I don't want to step on Aces toes, however, on Sunday night I played on a table that was purchased at Giant Tiger for $200. It was really nice....the only downfall was that the cup holders were deep enough. I don't think that you could find a nicer table at that price.
  • mytables.com is a good spot for tables (not affiliated), have played on many of these tables...casino quality
  • I'm currently in the process of building another one.  It will have a
4" padded rail, 4" varnished racetrack, cupholders, and a faux suede
    top.

Here's a pic of another of my tables, tell me what you think. I build all my tables to customer specifications, the one im building now is probably for me but if someone makes me an offer, who knows.

also, i live in cambridge and i own a truck so local deliverly is available
  • I bought a table from a friend of mine that builds them. He builds them to the spec that you want and colours that you want. We are using them for the GMSOP. Prices range from $350 to $450 depeding on cup holders? billiardfelt? suede or vinyl? Let me know I can give you his number and he can send you some pictures> He will deliver to KW/Cambridge/Guelph Hamilton/Brantford area. Probably a bit of a charge if he needs to drive further (brantford based)
  • Hey kev, you shoudl get in touch with Folded (cory). we played on his table the other night and everyone kept telling him how nice it was. unfortunately i suck at poker so i didnt play much on it (that was for you shannon) but he uses oak and great real legs that arent the foldable ones, all kinds of nice add-ons to his tables. like removable cup holders in case of spills.

    thanks kev

how much for something like that dunks?
  • That's a gorgeous table dunks. I would be interested in knowing about the price too.
  • This may need to go over to the Advertising section. I would be curious about the price, too.

I also like the royal flush beating the quad Aces in the picture.

...pfff you must be the one with the Royal I'm guessing. I was the one with the quads... :'(
  • Yeah, but you knew I had the QJ hearts. Because you always know what I have! :'(
  • I believe it's been mentioned before, but there's a burn card missing!!!
  • haha, yes, there is a burn card missing, i noticed that AFTER i sold the table, lol

for those wondering about prices, the table pictured I sold for about 350, the one that I"m currently building(hopefully to be done by sunday) will go for a bit more than that because of the high grade plywood for the racetrack and the cupholders. I'm thinking anywhere between 400 and 500 depending on the type of fabric used for the playing surface
