How unlucky is this guy?
At work during our breaks we all usually play poker for fun(i.e no money). Sometimes holdem, sometimes omaha, sometimes a wacky variation like omaha 8b fiery cross double flop(that is pretty wacky!!!!!) Tonight was no different. The game was no foldem holdem but with a twist. The highest hand was the loser and had to deal the next one. Okay not so wacky but this is. One guy gets dealt 62o and figures he made in the shade. He flops two pair and rivers sixes full. Okay not so wacky. Next hand deals himself AKo and figures he can't be winning/losing this hand because rags have hit the board almost every hand. BOOM flop KK2 and he wins/loses again. So next hand he deals himself KK but his eyes light up when the flop comes AQ2. Someone must have an ace right? Anyway the board comes turn J and river T. Doh! He just rivered the nut straight. Ooops he just rivered the royal flush. So there it is. How unlucky do you have to be to win/lose three straight pots and make a royal flush while playing an essentially lowball game.
