Labatt Blue Chip Poker Series

Hello,
Can someone please explain how the Labatt series works? I just found out about it last night at the local pub, got a few chips and filled out me ballots... so do I just show up and hope they draw me name? Are the 3 chips I have all I get if I'm selected, or does everyone who plays get an equal amount of chips?

    Its been here all month, go to labattblue.ca for locations.

    I went last night, I had 12 chips but was never drawn to play. It was a good time though, I was impressed by how smoothly everything ran and it was lots of fun just watching people play. Some people had like 80+ chips
