This quote came from an article about the recent stick to the face incident in the AHL.
[Detective Constable Jim] Elliott said because the incident happened during a hockey game, it will be difficult to determine where to draw the line between rough play and criminal behaviour.

Can this statement teach us anything about hockey?

Probably not.

    that was a vicious attack...hockey or not...that guy should be BANNED from hockey for life 8)
