NEW FEATURE: Profile Extender

I have added the option when editing your profile to provide your PokerStars user and your First Name. None of these are required but if you don't mind people knowing this information it will show on your profile page. Just as an FYI only logged in users that have passed their 10 post moderation will be able to see this.
