PLEASE READ: Missing posts Apr 6 & 7

Seems like all posts since April 06, 2005, 04:46:03 PM (Eastern) are missing.

Something to do with the change of forum webhosting site?

Fixable?

Most avatars seem to be gone too.

    Okay, I'm getting a bazillion (well, 3 or 4) PMs asking "Why was my post deleted!?"

    Anything posted between (roughly) 4:00pm Wed, Apr 6 and 6:00pm on Thurs, Apr 7 is now missing. I have no idea if this is temporary or permanent.

    Also, PMs may or may not have been lost during the same time period.

    I have deleted NO posts or threads within the last couple of days in terms of forum moderation. All posts were lost accidentally.

    Update: Here's the word from Sloth. He seems to imply that the lost posts are not recoverable.

    very sorry gang, those posts won't be recoverable, they weren't deleted though, they just didn't make it in time for the DNS change(techie stuff when transferring hosts)

    I'm very sorry, but take my word for it when i say it was short term pain for long term gain. It had to be done to accomodate growth.
