For Mods/Admins: Users Banned in previous forum versions

It appears that users who were banned in the previous version(s) of the forum are no longer banned, but do have the text "Banned" (rather than Newbie, Senior Member, etc) as their Custom Title.

Sloth, any convenient way to preserve the banned user list from the previous forum version?
