Fold AA flop?

I am new here, this is my first post I was wondering if I have played correctly this hand...

As you can see I folded after the button raised all-in my 1/3 pot bet, imo he had either QQ (if tight) or KQ (less tight) as he called 3bet preflop and did not 4bet (so I doubt he had KK...)
Also an option is that he is really LAG and called 3bet with JT and decided to raise all in his straight draw...

But it's ok, the turn and river were J,10 and you would have only chopped.
