Also someone please give info regarding Tax (30%) holdback.

Can we claim $$$$ back? If so How?

iirc you can reclaim the 30% but you have to hire someone to do it for you and therefore you won't get the entire 30% back. also, i have heard that seneca withholds the 30% even for satellites fyi. again, iirc it's supposed to be only for wins over $5000 but seneca tends to withhold 30% no matter what.

hopefully someone with more experience will correct me if i'm wrong.

Seneca is the worst casino for the tax. They do hold back 30% of any cash and they do not subtract your buy-in. They also tax your satellite wins ....... and if that isn't bad enough they tax any bountys you take down during a bounty tournament.

just keep your receipts throughout the year all your hotel , buy-ins, food.....keep all of them just in case you are asked. If you have a huge cash you may not get it all back


will be going to the satellite on either friday or Saturday 20th 21st...

I am thinking to play $300 & 1000 Event. (buy-in direct, No sat)
Also note. If you planning to play WPT-Montreal, Nov 13 Is WPT Day 2 & Seneca final day for $1000 event.
