They're not. They only have NL because Woodbine is not running, and it's not true NL as the max bet on any street is $100 including raises and reraises.
Still way more limit than NL, all the way up to 50-100. The rake on the limit games is much higher than NL.
10% to a max of $6 at 1-2NL, $8 at 2-5, etc. I think the highest was $10 at 20-40 Omaha.
They do have lists but they are terribly managed and chaotic. Wait times can be pretty long once all tables are open and ppl don't show up when called.

I believe the lowest rake is $7 and the highest rake is $9, and for you high rollers they usually have a $50/100 game going, and sometimes that turns into a $100/200, which is kind of funny considering how shitty the set-up is. It's actually deteriorated in terms of it's management and service, but the games are still fairly profitable.
