As everybody knows, tournament cashes are never submitted online by our lazy Ontario casinos (except for third-party WPT, CPT or GBH submitted results). After I posted a trip report about Casino Rama's 5%-raked tournaments years ago, Rama became this forum's casino with the most first-place wins and other cashes, but none of them were ever submitted by Rama. When an OPT member won first place this year, he claimed that it would show up online; SteveKerr and I laughed and would have bet our bankrolls against it ever happening. We were all shocked when it did show up on HendonMob and GPI - 2017 Casino Rama Recurring Tournaments, No Limit Hold'em: Hendon Mob Poker Database.
I had to see for myself if this was a one-time miracle, so I played at Rama and when I was in the final eight, I decided to try what Barry did. I told all the cashers that I was going to bypass Rama and submit all our results myself. Two cashers preferred not to give their full names for online, but the other six cashers now appear in the online databases. :wav:
I noticed that four of the first ticket purchasers to the next Rama tournament have been first place champions, so to commemorate this historic paradigm shift where us players now know that we have the power to bypass the lazy casinos and submit our own results, I am calling the June 5 game the "Tournament of Champions Never Submitted by Rama." I will be messaging Toronto Pimp, PocketsTwos, Monoxide and khealy. Who else will be playing?
The best way to buy a $300 ticket is if you have a friend that lives close or is going to the Rama box office anyway. Otherwise, you can pay TicketSCALPER its service, handling and online fees @ https://www.ticketmaster.ca/event/1000522CDF0AC31C.

After I ran into the penalized guy's QQ, I was out. Good luck to UBetIFold in the final 3!
