I gave all my money again- TILT

I have been playing poker for about one year now. I can tell you that I lost a lot of money. I can also tell you that 90% of the times that I went to play live poker, I ended up, at one point or another, with a 100% profit on my stack.
As soon as I get on tilt, everything changes. I go from all in with shite suited connectors or limp in every pot. I know I have the potential ot make money playing poker; however, I messed everything up.
What tips would you have for me? Tips that make you less on tilt.
Basically, how do you do to get some DISCIPLINE in your game?
