Samsung Galaxy 7 set up issue

The GF just ordered in and received a new phone via courier Friday. As she's setting it up, she somehow phucks it up really bad (she is anti-tech savvy).

She got through some of the verification info, set up her thumbprint verification, but during transferring old phone data to new phone, it asks for her password again.....and she types it in, and doesn't work, and locks her out of the phone for 1 hour, where you can try to enter the password again...if it fails again, wait 1 hour....rinse, repeat.

I guess when she set up the password originally, it took her 4 tries to confirm it....so she's obviously set up the password incorrectly somehow....and confirmed the incorrect password.

Anyone know of a way to factory reset the phone, so a new password can be done. The Rogers store said there was nothing they can do.....lol.
