    Scenarios are now simple:

    If NOTRE DAME wins the second game today and OKLAHOMA makes the final then JOANNE wins
    If NORTH CAROLINA wins the second game today and OKLAHOMA and SYRACUSE both make the final then JOANNE wins

    Every other scenario has ALLEN winning.

    My friend will profit anywhere from 2000 - 18500 if anyone wins but NC. If Syracuse wins the whole thing he gets the 18500.
