Rama trny oct 19
Anyone still go to these bi-weekly trnys at Rama with a BF approved rake structure?
I will be going to this one as the gf has an all day event booked there so I figured it would be good timing to take the day off work and play this.
By the sounds of it, it's still a sell out for every event and 25 min levels with a 10k start. Can anyone confirm this, and who else is going to pick up all the dead money?

Correctamundo. Since partypoker has announced that it will get rid of hand histories and HUDs, I may grind there more instead of live until that suicidal software update.
Are you regularly in attendance BF, or are you out of town for this particular one? I already got my ticket. Only number 12. Let's hope I can turn that peice of paper into many thousands
Due to the very beatable 5% rake AND field, this Rama bimonthly tournament series probably has the highest ROI for me. :h: I try to play it whenever I'm free.
Going for a show (Bill Burr) but will definitely be squeezing in some poker!
Debating on if I should do a TR for this past trny I just played. (2nd time I've ever played the Rama trny)
ditto..
All finished up I tackle it. Have a feeling it's going to be very TLDR, will have to remember that paragraphs are my friend.

The weird thing about Rama cash games is that the BBJ and rake are kept in the same box, which I've never seen in the entire world. Even illegal clubs that steal from the BBJ & other promotional jackpots keep the rake separate in the table. A couple of lawyer players protested to the AGCO on behalf of the Rama poker community, but shockingly the otherwise strict AGCO could not see anything wrong with not knowing what the proper BBJ should be. :bs:
Since you mentioned that you usually play at Woodbine, it has an excellent Deep Stack $330 tournament next Wednesday. Next time you play at Woodbine, please remind them to stop scheduling its tournaments in direct conflict with Great Blue Heron's Wednesday bimonthly tournaments. :arghh:
I actually didn't know about the tourney at Woodbine either but I have a final that day so it's a no go for me unfortunately. I'm definitely gonna let woodbine know they need to step their schedule game up though
Thank you for the response and info
